Bands for Brain Injury is a benefit concert designed to raise funds for Restart Inc's programs and raise awareness about brain injury. Restart is non-profit organization that has been providing Supportive Housing for brain injured people since 1986. Their mission is to empower and support these people in achieving the highest possible level of independence.
The event takes place Wednesday November 23, 2005 at The Cedar Cultural Center and features performances by James Diers, Marlee MacLeod, JoAnna James, The Grassy Knolls, The Owls and Tim O'Reagan. It is sponsored by 89.3, The Current and will be hosted by Minnesota Public Radio's Chris Roberts.
Details: 7:30 pm / $10 advance / $12 day of show / all ages. Seniors (65 or older) and children ages 5 to 12 are 1/2 price
